We had a lovely stay at the hotel, especially enjoying the beautiful sea view from our room and the well-maintained pool area. The location was fantastic, right on the beach, with convenient access to nearby restaurants and amenities. However, our experience was somewhat marred by a frustrating check-in process and additional charges that seemed unnecessary. Overall, it's a great spot, but management could improve guest handling.

We spent 13 nights at this resort, which had beautifully modern rooms and a great beach location. While we enjoyed our stay overall, some issues with management and a bad smell in one of the rooms put a bit of a damper on our experience. The accessibility to check-in and issues regarding extra charges also left us feeling frustrated, making us hesitant to return despite enjoying many aspects of our stay.

I had a wonderful time at Suwan Palm Resort! The atmosphere was trendy and the beach view from my room was just amazing. The staff were incredibly nice and made my stay extra special. I truly enjoyed the delicious breakfast options and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. The only downside was some minor noise in the morning, but it was a minor issue compared to the overall experience.
